Ordering
You can order a hair bun accessory by e-mail or on Facebook and Instagram. If you would like a different colour, finish or your own design, please contact us and we will make the bun accessory to your specification. We will also send a picture of the finished product for your approval before payment and shipping.
By ordering the product, you agree to the valid delivery terms. We reserve the right to change prices, delivery costs and delivery terms.
Shipping costs are added to the prices. Prices include VAT 24 %.
Delivery time
Orders for items in stock will be processed by the next working day. Since the bun accessories are handmade, we will contact you for the estimated completion and shipping time. The time depends on the availability of materials.
Returns
We hope you enjoy our bun accessories, which are made and inspected by hand, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. The period for cancellation of the transaction expires 14 days after the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by him has physically taken control of the order. The product must be returned in its original condition and unused. The customer is responsible for the return costs of the product. Returns must be notified in advance.

Damaged goods
If the bun accessory breaks during use, collect the parts and send it in the mail, we will repair the product free of charge. If the product is missing beads, we will replace the missing beads, if available, and bill them. The breakage warranty is valid for one year from the date the product is in the customer's possession.

We deliver customer orders via Post.
Payment method
Pay for your order in advance according to the payment information provided to you. We will deliver your order upon receipt of your payment or the payment receipt you send.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be added to the price. The final price of the shipment depends on the weight/volume of the order and the destination. After processing the order, we will inform you of the total amount of the order in connection with the order confirmation. Free shipping in Finland on purchases over 100 €, EU over 200 €. |
